a person convicted of being a disorderly person is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both. It results in a criminal record so could affect all of the above.

it will be a LOT less issues than a DV would be, what has your lawyer said to do, as I think the prosecutor might be giving you a deal that you would be foolish to refuse, but you MUST get a lawyer and be guided by him.

it can be if you get charged with the it. It can affect your employment status, but probably wont since moy employers only care about convicted felonys. I dont know what class the charge is in Arkansas, i would need to read up on Arkansas law. Go to a library or call a lawyer
