60 yr old looking for a job....?

...Sound background in maintenance supervision building/grounds. Many interviews, great resu But, iIcan't get passed 1st base with most, that is, sending Resume - Had 7 interviews in Property Management field - Although Iwas told I'd be called back for 2nd interview, never was. Hate to think age discrimination.I am personable, and am a very fit 60 year old with plenty of energy. Ideas on where I could look? Tried AARP website . No luck there. It's been four months! Help!
