Will job centre sanction my benefit for leaving a job?

I left a job because myself and my co-worker thought that i was being treated like crap because i was the only agency worker in the place, but i didn't want to complain or anything in case i sounded like i was being stupid so i left but now iv realised that i will get sanctioned for 6 months for leaving the job and this scares hell out me because i don't know how im going to get by, iv been applying for lots more jobs so hope i get something soon. The job centre don't know that i had this job because when when i got this job 4 months ago i did not fill in my sign off card with the new job details on it so they have no idea as of now why i haven't been signing on for the past 4 months so i could possibly say i moved away to stay with my gran in the highlands to get away from here for a bit and she supported me the 4 months i lived there. Would this be a better thing to say so i don't get sanctioned ?
