Is david Cameron really going to get rid of free travel?

I heard that David cameron is going to get rid of free travel e.g Oyster cards for under 16's my mum says this isent true because its borris johnsons power over that? is this really true??

As teenagers no some of us cant get full time jobs - do people understand how hard it is, especially for students aged 16 to 18 with no real qualifications to get even a part time job ?! Your mum's absolutely right. Basically public transport apart from the national railways is under the control of local government, not national government, so it's up to Boris Johnson - he is in charge of Transport for London as that comes under the Mayor of London.
