How do illegal aliens from Mexico get jobs at major american corporations like McDonalds, or Tyson Foods?

What kind of ID do they use, and social security numbers etc..?? and what is done by the govt when they discover discrepancies with these ID's like if the social security number is a bogus one or if it belongs to an another real american citizen? Lastly, I heard that the federal govt actually allows illegal aliens to file taxes and allows them to file under some other number other than a social security number. Anyone who knows about all this and can shed some light on it, I would really appreciate it.

Under Bush, the federal government was starting to raid workplaces that hired illegal aliens. Obama ordered that stopped.

They use false documents. That's also a crime in addition to being in the country illegally. Makes you wonder what other laws they think they can violate if you want to.

Many come in with "green cards" and then they over-stay..and the system doesn't follow up.
