How do you answer this interview question?

I have an interview today for a Business Office Manager postion and I know that the question, What are your weakness?, is going to come up. How do I answer this? Do I say that I am an overachiever, Do I say that I like to take on extra projects to stay busy? Please help!!!

Businesses like people who work hard but they want them to show them rather then tell them. Answering that question with your suggested answers (which although show you are ambitious and are going to benefit the company if true) can come across as cocky and big headed in an interview, which is the last thing employers... always go with something that can be portrayed as a positive. its an interview. your not supposed to tell them you have weaknesses.
