if i quit for the company not disclosing information can I quit and draw?
Interviewed and took job as 3rd shift supervisor, they failed to tell me that they had a system where either of the other two supers could bump me and push me to a shift that makes it impossible for me to see my kids.

Draw unemployment you mean? Usually you can not draw unemployment when you quit your job. If you voluntarily leave then your not eligible for unemployment, no matter the reason (even if it was legitimate).

Quitting your job due to scheduling conflicts does not give you a valid claim for unemployment insurance.

While it seems unfair, it would not allow you to collect unemployment. You might want to start looking for another job.
