Should we boycott BP as a punishment for the crime its CEO committed on Environment & Human Live in the Gulf?
I am sick of those greedy SOB Tony Hayward & his cronies disrespect of Human live & Environment, sacrify them for big profits. The Crude oil contains Benzene & heavy metals which cause health & genetic damage for everything that ingested those. The fishing industry there is written off for years to come. BP, which have 55% US shareholders, the rest come from those big pockets tycoons....Punishing them is not punish British people, so don't worry. Just like Petro Canada has nothing to do with Canadians. This is a multi-national corp. BP is the worst polluter/ safety violator of all the big oils, though the others are not far behind. We must protest & boycott, punish as an example for all the big oils ! And why don't I see any feminist organizations to protest against those CRIMINALS?? Feminist is for justice? Millions of people in the Gulf of Mexico states are loosing their jobs, livelihood & even lives, People could die if eating those seafood ...even many years from now. No feminist Organization have dare to say any thing about this travesty of Justice!!! IMO, those CEOs should be thrown in jail for the rest of their filthy lives!!!! (BTW, current Vice-President of BP America IS a Woman, so feminists should not blame this on Patriarchy conspiracy again!) Capone: those BP crooks had spilled massive oil in the North Sea in UK. Esso have dodged ALL the responsible in the massive Exxon Valdez Spill 20 years ago... Some CRIMINALS are unpardonable! All those EPA corrupted crooks sleeping in the same bed with Big oils... Why do we throw people who committed petty crimes in jail & let those Big Criminals CEO off the hook??? I guess it's called "Corporatocracy"! @Juditha: If I am the President, I'm gonna HANG all BP top CEO! @Mischief: don't worry, should BP collapsed, its workers will find jobs at Shell, Esso, etc...its property will be auction off to other oil company. But at least it served as a dire warning for other big oils!

Indeed. And when the Gulf Stream has brought tarballs up to the UK's, the British will be outraged as well. Meanwhile, BP's evasions, lies, double talk and trying to cover their butts have revealed what "BP" really stands for: "B1tch, Pleeze!"

Everybody needs to call the senators and demand them to force BP to turn over all information, photographs and video that they have related to this catastrophe. Then the Federal government needs to take over responsibility for the clean up, with BP receiving the bill. This is a crime scene and the government is letting... More
