How can I convince my parents to let me have my own job instead of working for them?

I am only sixteen and they are forcing me to work at their office five days a week, eight hours a day. With NO PAY. I can't stand it and I can't stand them. And I tried telling them I already got a job, but they won't let work there. I scared if I just don't show up and stuff that they will ground me for the summer or kick me out or something. I dont know what to do, please help!

They won't kick you out, but try to sit down with them and talk about why they won't let you e********y for yourself. Tell them you want some expensive thing or whatever, maybe they'll let you get a paying job.
