Would you consider employment with a job who had a high turn over rate?

How do you find out if the turnover rate is high before you accept the job? Are there any websites out there to tell you? Shift4 has a very high turnover rate. It is due to the way the owners treat their employees and how you can be fired if the Customer Service Manager gets a wild hair up her ass.

Hight turn over rate may be symptom of poor management and/or working conditions in which case it may be best not to get involved. If you need to make money then yes and just deal with it. It's better than not making any income and bills piling up. But I would keep looking for something better after you are hired.
