What realistically is best paying job possibilities I would have with a 2 yr associates in travel/hospitality?

I am trying to decide between becoming a dental assistant or getting my associates in travel/tourism/hospitality. I have narrowed it down, now I need to know what are the realistic job opportuniites with an associates in travel/hospitality. Could I be a hotel manager? Where would I most likely find a job and what are the salary ranges I can expect?

Entry level for sales or catering positons in a hotel are about 40-60 thousand plus bonus. Sales and catering leads to the GM positions. I know people that make 60-100K in sales in catering within 3 to 5 years... More

You would start off as an assistant night manager and you would eventually become assistant hotel manager. The manager job is for a person with a 4 year degree in most cases at any place better than a Motel 6.
