Are persecution and intimidation techniques exported into or from America?

Tonight as I was crossing the street between weschester and west farms near the train number two station a police car came by driving very slowly and made a Very rough u turn on me. I was waiting for the number 4 bus, but as it delayed I tried to get the number 35 bus as it arrived to the bus stop. But the bus that arrived was not in service anymore so I decided to to get back to the number 4 bus station. but as I was crossing the street I saw this police car appear out of nowhere and very slowly made a u turn oin me. They went ahead they stopped two fellows then they came back and passed in front of me very slowly staring at me with a very strange look. These people took my car away from me when I needed it must this way they disrupted my family unity. What are they looking for are they trying to disrupt my social ties in what kind of anmerica are white folks trying to turn this country in. I toght in america there would be a solace from such type of persecution. I have been yo many almost all white countries and I have fellt that type of persecution .But I never expected to happen in America. I was just waiting for the bus. I guess everybody has the right to get on the bus or not. Ibelieve highschool education might not be enough to be cop.. A cop is suppossed to keep the law and order not to go intimading people or trying to screw peoples lifes. In a white neighborhood a police car will never make a U turn on or another white folk again we can see the prevalence of racism and discrimination in America. Okay that is one of the things according tlo the United nations a person can seek protection for if he is been persecuted because of his color. But why would people ask for such protection in a country that practice it.. In this case we are not talking about words we are talking about visible behaviours so the paper say one thing and the reality is another. Freedom is to go anywhere without being bothered. That kind of freedom is fading little by little from America.. Some people might say times are dangerous okay it might be, but do you think its good to be reminding peole of that every time. That is why out of aour taxes law enforcement officials are paid to do their job. But they should do their job without bothering the population. That is why they are being paid to work round the clock. They are not supposed to be threatening ,intimading or persecuting anybody because of their color, race or national origin or things of the sort. One tehe right a person has is to feel safe, but how can you feel safe if a police car dares to make a U for no reason. This event happened on june 2 at 11:10 the police patrol number is 3267. This is another show of lack of formal operations. The intelectaul level working only inthe concrete operations level.

Well, after taking the time to try to make some sense from this rant, it seems to me you are concerned that the police made a U-turn and looked at you. . ., and you consider that intimidation and persecution... More

I am sorry, is there a question somewhere??? You stated they took your car away when you needed it most, but then you also stated you were waiting for a bus - in short your rant/story/anecdotal "evidence" does not make even a half of a ounce of sense. .

At that time of night they might have though you were soliciting. The cops have every right to be suspicious of people out that time of night. And, yes, they are suspicious of more than just blacks, so back of playing the race card. We don't owe you anything. I'm very happy they are suspicious when they patrol my... More
