Questions regarding an E3 visa.?
my plan once i graduate university is to get an e3 visa to work in the usa. i have been doing a lot of reading into this but i have a couple of questions that i have not been able to find answers to... - what is regarded as ties to Australia to show that you intend on returning. i highly doubt i will have purchased a houseso i dont know what else would be acceptable... is something like haveing family in Australia enough??? - because you must have a job offer before apply for the e3 visa, do you have to ask your sponsor if they will sponsor you, or let them know specifically that you are not a us citizen? or would you just go ahead and a apply like a normal job??? - how long would it generally take to find a job?, i dont graduate untill july next year. but dont really want to start work untill the begining of 2012 so when should i start applying for jobs? will companies accept you early, say the middle of 2011 to start in 2012??? thank you for any help you can give me.
