What is the reputation of an MS Applied Statistics degree from Bowling Green State University (in Ohio)?

Also, how does it compare against the MS Stat program at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and the program in California State University at East Bay? I'm trying to switch into Statistics from just pure Math.
