How much money does a waitress make?

So I am from a very small country Macedonia and I have an opportunity to come to America and make some money So do you have any suggestions about what should I work, What country should I go to, What to expect, How much money will I get And I will be staying for 5 mounts I'll be working 4 mounts and the last one I will be visiting places But if there is something you advice me to do else something that pays more let me know And since I'll be new there please tell me what should I know where should I go My cousin went this year in Avon, North Carolina but wont tell me anything And it's not necessary to be a waitress we could choose please any advice I really need it and the person who gives more advice will be the best answer thank you in advance

You can make a lot of money being a waitress/bartender as long as you work at a restaurant that is always busy. Try to get a job at a known restaurant like Applebees, Old Chicago, or places like that. If you can get a job there then you will be just fine... More

Why not come to Canada? Our economy is doing alot better than the United States. We have lots of job opportunities compared to the United States.
