Mcdonalds job application?

I'm 16 years old, and I got a job application from mcdonalds today, and I have some questions to ask: 1. Do I have to fill out my job application with pen? 2. Can I put my father as a personal reference? 3. What is the possibility that I would get hired if my GPA is 3.68 in high school?

1. Yes, use a pen 2. Use a non-relative 3. I don't think your grades matter for this type of thing.

Good luck with that. I've applied to mcDonald's a few times and never got a call back or anything. I just wasted my time. 1. yes 2. You normally can't put family as a reference. Use a friend! 3. Grades don't normally matter, but some employers might like the fact you're a good student.

1. Yes, use a pen 2. Use a teacher as a reference since you have a good GPA 3. A good GPA shows you can learn, do math. speak proper English, etc, so use it.
