Will my electronics degree help out with pay and getting a job when I get my certificate to work on Harleys?

I just finished getting an associates degree in electronics but now I want to get a certificate to work on Harley Davidson from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. I was wondering if my Associates would help out with pay and even getting the job after I graduate from MMI in the field of Harley mechanics?

Not really. The electronics in the motorcycle and automotive industries are component replacement only. It's just not cost effective to repair the components at the dealership level.

you can help with the electronic ignition and the general wiring, but I think you'll get very bored. Satnav prob can't withstand the vibration, and DVD's are fitted yet. Ipads not included, H-pads anyone?
