What percentage of solar panels & windmills built in the US are built using illegals?

Months ago when Obama toured a solar panel manufacturing plant all of the workers were told to stay home that day. The vast majority were hispanics. Didn't Obama want a bunch of illegals in his green energy photo op?

None, most (not all) of them are being built in China. Now the question I have is; what percent of solar panels and windmills are being installed in the U.S. by illegal aliens?

He didn't want people going over the photos with a magnifying glass picking out the illegals. All construction work is being done by illegals, plus at least half of manufacturing. It's as if Obama forgot that people who were born in the USA need to eat....
