1. If you were on congress would have have voted yes or no against the automotive bailout. 2. Why or why not? 3. What were the possible consequences if they had voted no? Don't just think of the obvious - lose of the automotive workers jobs 4. Any other solutions besides a bailout?

id have voted yes ,but with one condition that their be a set time for the money to be paid back not let it go on like their doing,it might have helped save some jobs but look the other side of it,we the people should now own a certain portion of the car companies,if we bailed them out and it was our money,our present... More

Besides jobs and the economy we also needed the car companys for the future.They are the ones that will come up with the car of the future...

Yes, because I believe we need to preserve our core industries, so many of which have disappeared already. If those companies had failed, there would have been many more jobs lost than just the people that worked there, there are thousands of dealers, suppliers, and related industries that would fail as well... More
