what kind of jobs and salary can I get with an associates in human services?

I need to know what is available for an associates degree in human services as in jobs and salary, What do you need to become a counselor? Should I continue with an associates degree in accounting or switch to the human services? I need to know what to do,,,,so confused.

Are you in human resources? If so i learned while working in HR you can take a class that is approximately $700 dealing with HR specifically. The class is call Professional HR Generalist. You can usually find the class at a local Tech college, or do a search for it. That class definitely bumps up your pay grade... More

I'm not sure what that human services degree is (never heard of it); is it more in the social services /psychology sector? If so you will get virtually nowhere as far as getting a job counseling; you need at least a Masters to get a counseling position. Don't get another associates degree -- get a 4 year degree... More
