I'm really unhappy. Should I quit my job?
I'm really thinking about quitting. I mean hopefully they'll just let me go so I can collect unemployment, but I don't think they will. They keep using negative reinforcement to get us to reach our monthly budgets. (I work in a call center as a live chat specialist where I take IMs from the company's main website from people all over the world), and business just hasn't been that great, and now they want to put us chatters on the phones as well and I'm not so good with calling and harassing people at their homes. I hate doing that and I hate when it's done to me. Grr. HELP!
