How can I look older/wiser for a job interview?

I'm a 23 year old college grad & currently interviewing for entry level administrative jobs. My problem is interviewers don't take me seriously because I look much younger than my age (my friends say I look about 19 years old). Also, I have blonde hair and I think a lot of interviewers judge me on that & assume I'm not very capable (as unfair as that sounds, but I'm not a ditz). So is there anything I can do to look more professional or intelligent during interviews?
