What's a good college (bachelors) degree to get to become a customer service rep?
I know ppl r going to say, you don't need a degree, but just answer my question. I'd specifically like answers from real customer service reps. Also how much money can you make, what's the jobs like?

Find a good job in customer service and if possible, one with a tuition assistance program. Use it to get a degree in business. Eventually, you'll rise up the ranks, and that business degree will set you apart form your peers and help you climb the corporate ladder. Good luck!

Hello. As a Customer Service Representative, I can tell you that pretty much any kind of Bachelor Degree will work, but to really stand out and to possibly make your way to Management Position, you would be best served with a major and degree in Marketing or Business Management.
