Give your teacher a card with a little hand written note. Tell your teacher the great job she's done. Tell her what you've learned from her. Make her feel appreciated and wish her well with her husband. A simple note of appreciation like this goes a long way and the teacher will remember you for it.

Best way in my opinion, Is to go straight up to her and tell her how much of an amazing teacher she is and you hope her husband get's better, Tell her that and add in a few other things and you can't go wrong :)
