Technically, yes...the job market has improved and is now CREATING hundreds of thousands of jobs each month instead of hemorrhaging the more than 750,000 that were lost each month in late 2008 and spilling over into January 2009. Not here in Va, papermill that sustained 3 cities, shutdown in april, 2 very large businesses, one being northrup grumman just announced layoffs...Stores closing everyday....The economy here is so sad. Stimulus package, my hinney....all that was , was more "sweet deals" for cronies.
