Will this be enough maintenance for my slightly overstocked tank?

Hi! :) I have a 20g High tank. It's cycling right now. I am going to put... 5 Male Guppies 4 Julii Cories 6 Neon Tetra 6 Harlequin Rasbora It's 108% stocked... (according to My filter is only a 20 gallon filter, too. I won't be able to get a larger one, like a 30 gallon, for a while. I am planning on doing a 30% water change every week. I will clean the decor every 2-3 weeks. I'll basically siphon the tank whenever there is debris, but if not, once a week. I don't have any live plants. Only a stalk of bamboo. I have sand as a substrate. My main concern is the filter, I was told my stocking would be fine as long as I had a 30g filter... but I don't. I purchased a starter kit. Any suggestions? If I replace the Harlequin with Glowlight Tetra, the stocking is 101%. That would be better, I was just wondering if I could do the Harlequin, first... I prefer the look. Thanks for the help! I'm really worried... I was told I absolutely NEED to get a larger filter capacity.. but I can't right now for many reasons. Thanks guys, I'll try to add a small extra filter as soon as possible. Thanks again :)

But even if you are overstocked and overfilted, you still definitely need to make sure to maintain the tank. In one of my overstocked tanks, I... More

doing things the wrong way you will end up with dead fish. you wouldnt put a puppy in a cage what was too small for it, right?

I'm sorry, but AqAdvisor is a terrible tool, except for SOME smaller fish breeds like tetras. I remember when I fiddled around with it, I read how it works and they take the absolute maximum size for any fish, and I mean, MAX size, something that would be rare to ever happen in aquaria, like a clown loach reaching two...
