Yes, try again. You have 24 hours in in-game time so check your clock when you start the first gang attack. Use a fast horse, don't save, plan your attacks to go thru Armadillo to restock on Ammo, Dead Eye and Medicin. Make sure you are maxed out with bullets, medicine and apples. Use your pistol if you are getting low on ammo since you can pick up ammo easy from dead bodies. If you die you'll respawn at one of your houses and you can keep continuing the quest.

Verify you have played and won a complete round of the following 6 mini games: Poker, Liar's Dice, Horseshoes, Five Finger Filet, Arm Wrestling, and Blackjack. It doesn't matter if you've lost money on the games, just that you beat all the opponents in that game at that location. You do not need to visit all locations, just beat the game once at any location.

Tip: To complete the requirements for most outfits you can select the outfit and then select "track" to have a purple circle area placed on the map where you need to go to get the next item. This is useful for figuring out which towns post specific gang member bounties needed.
