I'm guessing if he doesn't make some big improvements and get 8 or more wins this year he'll be gone. Michigan has a history of tradition and winning and Rich Rod has to prove he can win before he'll get a contract extension. He will have to learn how to be a good coach. He will not win there unless he has star players to carry the team and make him look good like in WVU.
