How would you solve the problem of illegal settlers on private or public lands?

According to this news report, the owner of the private lot needed to get a court order BEFORE the government acted in helping them evict these illegal settlers. Now where do these people go? To another unoccupied (but owned) land? Then the process will be repeated again? Do you have a solution in mind? Please share your thoughts.

Let's say most of them are really poor, but others have surround-system televisions, a good working stereo, a living room set and a fully working air conditioner. The illegal settlers must be relocated to a safer place but with the assistance of the real owner of the land they squat or much more by the local government unit of the area. They can also be offered a low cost housing by either private or government entities. They can also be given option to return to the original... More

"Cha-Cha" is a more sensitive way of saying Constitution Change, because it is homonym of "Cha-Cha" dancing. But yes, Constitution Change is necessary to solve this problem.

The laws need to be rewritten. The way it is now squatters have more rights trhan legal land owners. Evicting/relocating them is a nightmare and literally takes years and usually involves a cash settlement with the illegal squatters to get them to relocate. Not bad eh... More

Properly fence the lots and if possible, hire the services of reputable security firms. Getting rid of hard-headed settlers, as shown in news footages, is intricate and as hard as getting rid of a bad cough. Take the fight to their level the way they understand so they will feel fear... More
