My sister just told me she misses work after quitting last Friday - is she crazy?

She been working in this telesales admin job for 3 years and became a team leader, but I always felt she took it waaaaaaaaaaay to seriously. Anyway, she quit to try out something new, and today tells me she thinks she regrets it already as she couldn't stop crying (or even talk) on her final day at work last Friday, and today she left her house to meet her old workmates for lunch! Is she right in the head? Have anyone heard of something like this? Is it normal?

Of course it's normal. If she took it that seriously then it was clearly a big part of her life. Humans in general don't like change so it was always gonna be weird for her, but hopefully she'll move on pretty soon when she finds something new to do. :)
