anxiety attack.........HELP!?

I found out that I get anxiety attacks most in situations like..... 1. I'm waiting at the cash register and there is a line of people ahead of me that I start to get impatient and then when its almost my turn I get a anxiety attack. (This is quite rare....but it does happen) 2. Waiting for a whole week for my job interview not feeling nervous at all but then when the day comes and I get there I get an anxiety attack. I sit through the whole interview feeling like I'm going to faint but I never do. (this happens everytime) I have an anxiety of fainting. A lot of people say that fainting isn't that bad but its not something that I would want to happen. I have a very light case now but a few months ago it was pretty bad....I just want to know how to get rid of this anxiety or at least some technics to calm me down. oh and for the job interview I don't just sit there I of course talk to the person....its just like im waiting for the interview to finish but its weird cause I really want a job!

The symptoms you listed that you are experiencing is the clue to what you are having; don't worry, you are not crazy; it just sounds like you need to learn some coping skills for calming... More
