What is the best method and/or device to regrow foreskin?

I want to regrow the foreskin on my penis. I've heard and read about the TLC Tugger? Fact wise which is the best, not necessarily the fastest, but the best way to regrow foreskin on the penis?

Why would you want to regrow it? I'm assuming you're talking about the fact that you were given a circumcision as a baby? If it's not medically necessary you should leave it be, women prefer a circumcised man over the other, less odor, less places for sweat to build, etc.. Just a woman's perspective... More

Well,...I guess Cateyes should go to her doctor and get herself circumcised if she thinks it is such a good thing for men. Perhaps if men said they prefered circumcised women, and pushed her to have herself mutilated, she might read up on how destructive circumcision really is, and be able to give a more informed... More

Well, it's too late now to do anything else. Women are never so keen on the analogous female operation on their v****a, where smegma is also produced. You have lost more than half the nerve-endings in your penis and they well never regrow, but you could avoid keratinization if you start restoring now.

Cateyes is clueless. She would, no doubt, be horrified at the idea of getting a female circumcision done to herself, and yet she extols the non-existent "benefits" of male genital mutilation. I wonder how she would like to have had her own genitals permanently mutilated and scarred? It would be "cleaner... More
