What requirements do I need to get a job as a Human resources manager?
What degree do I need in order to get a job in it with a decent pay check? is it hard to get a job in that Field for example Human resources manager? How much would I get payed a month? Im expecting to make at least 6,000 a month.

You'd need a degree in the HR field and a few years experience. The job might pay $6K a month at a large company - for that you'd likely need a master's degree and 10-15 years experience in HR including several years of HR management.

Basically, it will depend on the employer. Most human resources jobs are nothing more than "gate keepers", and the people chosen for these positions are picked based on the company's confidence in them that they will keep certain people out.
