I have an AAS in Medical Laboratory Technician, but I am unable to find employment.?

Everywhere I've applied to online, I've been turned down. Went to a hospital and was told I wasn't allowed to talk to anyone. What am I suppose to do? What's the point of having a degree if no one will hire me? Does anyone know how I can get started with my career?
