Do you have to be on the crazy side to work customer service? Or does that job make you crazy?

I can't see how people stay in these jobs. I think they must be crazy. Or maybe working that job can turn people crazy. Crazy customer service associates. It makes sense. The workers that went postal did customer service. Do you or someone you know work in customer service? Are you/ they normal or did you/ they used to be before that career? What do you think?

It all depends on how you handle it and how you look at it. Don't take it seriously when someone gets angry. They are frustrated or had a bad day. Stay calm, friendly and act concerned and never forget to smile. It always worked for me because I really enjoy people.

...its a low paying job for "lower tiered" workers. That may sound rough on the edges, but I can't think of any other way to get my point across to you. Keep looking to find a better job.
