Is it good or bad to email my picture for a server waiter job?

On craiglist some restaurant jobs want a picture along with the resume, but others don't request a picture. I really want the server job and think that it would improve my chances of getting call for an interview. So I was thinking would it be a good idea if email my picture to even the ones that don't mention a picture? Would that annoy them, or do they all want pictures even if not mentioned?

Don't send a photo of yourself unless you are asked for one. I don't know what a photo of a person has to do with getting a position such as the one you are seeking. Any employer who asks for photos, could be accused of being prejudice when it comes to hiring. Your resume alone should be sufficient. Good luck to you!

Nah I wouldn't a job is about what your qualifications are not how you look....I agree with everyone else on this one! When they call you in for the interview that's when you will get your time to shine like the beautiful little star you already are :)
