no,most likely somebody wants to get rid of it fast,maybe unsafe area to live in,do to drug cartels

It really depends where this piece of land is at, if it is in communal property (ejido) that land can´t be legally sold, but some people still sell those properties and most of the time at a very low price, but one day the community can repossess the property and with valid legal arguments; so it better not be on a "...
