Is it fair or legal to ask so many job experience\project management questions for an entry level job?
I got drilled with so many work experience and project management questions at a job interview a few weeks ago. Even the supervisor said "I shouldn't be asking you this because this is entry level, but i'll ask anyways". The job posting even said "no experience required".

They're just trying to find out how well suited to the job you are. The fact that the supervisor said that he shouldn't be asking you tells me that he hasn't had any decent management training. Perhaps that company isn't really worth working for if it allows it's managers to be so unaware of what they should or... More

It could be since this is an entry level job with no experience required that they suspect with your prior experience might not be suited there or that the pay would be much less than you had gotten in other jobs, thus even if you took it, would be gone when another job with better pay and experience came up... More
