How come it is human nature to judge other people when we are not in their situation?
Like, for example, people may judge a child as 'thick' because he has dyslexia, a rich person may call a poor person a 'scrounger' because that person has to mind a child and receive state benefits. Why do we love to prey on the vulnerable?

I believe in a lot of cases it's sheer ignorance.. people see someone acting differently and don't get informed are not open minded enough, so they make up their mind and come up with theories that suit them best.. People judge others by their own standards/morals or lack of, and from their own memory data base.
