Please let me know under what category I have to search for job. Also provide me a suitable objective for my resume. I have completed BE Civil and MBA Systems. Employment History: a. Mapping the requirements and providing best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalisation of project requirements. b. Preparation of engineering specifications, software requirement specifications, engineering validation documents, testing and quality assurance c. Solved many operation related problems with the help of designed drawings created by our client and providing them with an error free drawing. d. Good working experience on ACI, BS8666-2005 and Indian Standard codes. e. Managing and leading the team members, allocating work among team members and guiding the team members during the project till the final delivery f. Able to understand drawings and extract details / information from it. g. Monitoring the entire project with by manually testing the products and giving solutions to the developers for further implementation. h. Analyze the project specifications and efficient in writing test cases and test plans based on client’s requirements and manually testing the products as per the test cases by introducing various test scenarios. i. Raise defects by testing the products and provide suggestions if any for further progress of the software. j. Keep watch on the defect list and to prioritize the list to the implemented by the developers before for the next build. k. Discuss with seniors regarding the pros or cons of the various configurations to be introduced in the upcoming products. l. Expertise in creating XtraReport and xml reports for BBS output.

I my opinion, Look so companies who undertake trunkey civil projects and execute them. Being Civil Engg, u'ld have baground knoweldge and systems are very very intergral part of such acts. U'ld fit there the Most!! All the Best!!
