can i paint my car with hammered rustoleum?

The paint on my car is really dull (matte looking) the previous owner tried to paint it but it came out bad. Will the rustoleum do the trick? I've seen people do it online. thank you in advanced.

AND DRUG ADDICTS, never ever spend money on nice expensive paint jobs, so anytime they see a primered car, or a spray painted car, they take a second look at who is driving, followed by race, age, and long or short... Compared to car paint, rustoleum is thin. Car paint is very very thick, it has a hardener, it is cured with heat lamps, etc. Rustoleum will not last like car paint--though it might look halfway decent for a short while.
