Would you rather invest in Real Estate, Stocks or Business? or in all three?
When you'll have 100K, you can buy property, stocks or invest in a business. would you rather invest it all in one channel? or divide it by three and invest it in three different wealth channels? that way minimizing the risk but also minimizing the potential reward; (this is asuming you have exstensive knowledge in all three channles and you are not just "jumpint into it")

Do whatever is right for you. That's enough money to start up or possibly purchase a small business. I think I could manage any three or a combination of them. Personally, I would do a marginal analysis to see what would make me the most money for my time and risk.
