I have B.S. in Animal Science, now what?

I got my degee and have graduated and spent the last two years looking for a job that my degree is necessary for and that I enjoy. I have worked in a hospital laboratory, I enjoyed working with the specimens and testing them, but I don't want to work with patients. I have also worked at an animal feed testing facility and absolutely loved it, but its only temp work and there aren't many other testing laboratories that I can find, especially in the location my husband and I want to move. What other types of laboratory jobs are out there? I don't think I really care what I am running tests on. I just like getting specimens or samples, running the tests and sending out results. I wish I would have had better direction in the career department before I graduated. I feel like I am waisting time and that my life is just running on a hamster wheel.
