No degree !! but very good software developer. Need advice?

I somehow could not obtain my commerce degree but I started my career as software engineer. Developing software since four years. Non-graduate status will effect my future career plans? Are there any companies out there who will employ non-graduates like me? Though I have done couple of technical courses but no graduation bothers me. Also, I am worried that even if I complete my commerce graduation it may not help me in my software development career. Please advice I work in team and I am a very good team member. I am full fledge software engineer and work as good as other engineers but minus my degree. The company which I am working is okay with my non-graduation status but If I have to join another company for better prospects I am concerned.
