My one of friend getting DLA benefit and he wants to work?

He is getting DLA(Mobility Lower rate and Care Middle rate) and he wants to work then maximum how many hour he can work to doesn't effect his DLA benefit? I think the paying rate will reduce if he works full time or part time but not sure.Advice me please. Many thanks.

Your friend should have one of those little booklets that outlines his DLA benefit rules. In it it should tell hime what he can work for in terms of money without it affecting his benefits. I don't think the limit is on hours, its on gross income.

It was the case that someone on DLA could work under 16 hours without affecting their benefit. I don't know for sure if that is still the case.
