30 minutes a day =) I do it every Other day so I dont feel tired and lazy. I actually have fun compared to when I did it everyday. Think of it this way: Today I have to give it my all, and thank God tomorrow's rest day!

I would say 30min a day (1mile + walking). But to lose weight, you will need to do other exercises so your body does not plateau. Try jump-rope, running up staircases, etc... any mixture of cardio will help. Make sure you eat healthy as well. Good Luck.
