I don't like to work here anymore because i would like to stay with my parents. Is it possible to resign my job before the contract period expired? Is there any other problem to resign from this job? You can resign but acceptance of it still is with your employer. Other thing is that you might not get a NOC resulting in having difficulty in getting a new job in KSA in near future. However, this wont bar you from going to any other gulf state as mentioned by another answerer.

This should be covered in your contract. As long as you are not planning to work again in SA it should not be a problem.
