How Oracle (SQL, DBA) provides more career opportunities compare to java and Other software Jobs?

HI, I found myself interested in Oracle (SQL Programming), but i dont know whether , should i move forward my career in SQL (etc..DBA) or Should i choose some other programming languages to get success in profession? and please also let me know how Oraclev (SQL programming,Etc DBA) would be helpful to get job in software compare to other programming?
