How to reach a Chase Visa representative in the USA and not the Philippines?

Chase, like many other US companies looking to squeeze a dime and who has outsourced US jobs to other countries, seems to route all their US credit card customer service issues by phones to representatives in the Philippines. Does Chase even have a division in the United States that services their US-based credit card customers with US based customer service reps? And if so, how do you reach them / what is the number?

Hey buddy, Not gonna happen. I own a call center in the Philippines, and Chase has off-shored all of their business. They are not currently one of my accounts. How may I help you?

I'm not entirely sure about the reps being in the US, but in general I use ( to get through the dreaded CSR maze so I can actually talk to a human. I hope that helps.
