Can a custodial parent get in trouble for not keeping up with their part of child support?

I am a non custodial parent in Florida of 2 children which I love very much. I pay my child support on time through payroll deduction. When the final judgment for child support was orderd, My obligation was $580.00 a month. My childrens mothers obligation was $350.00 a month. This woman has not worked a day in her life and basically does not ever seem to have any money to fill her part of the obligation untill the support is distributed to her through the department of revenue. So I guess my question is, can she be held in contempt of court for not keeping up with er part of the obligattions to our children? If I don't pay they will suspend my liscense, or do a deaprtment of treasury intercept on my taxes, or even put me in jail. But it is ok for her to sit at home on a free ride so she can watch cheaters, or the Jerry Springer Show. Florida is so bias towards men in these matters.
